  3. The Hong Kong, China Association of Athletics Affiliates Limited (“the Organiser”) reserves the right to close entries before the deadline without notice.
  4. An applicant can only submit one application for the races to be held on the same day unless he / she is an unsuccessful applicant for the Priority Entry in which case, he / she can submit one further application for the Public Ballot. In case of violations, duplicate applications or registrations will be rejected or cancelled by the Organiser without prior notice. No entry fee will be refunded and redemption of the runner’s pack will not be entertained.
  5. Participants who wish to amend their personal information, may log onto the Runner Dashboard via the event website by the respective payment deadline.   6. All participants are urged to seek medical advice of their physical condition before participating in the Event. All participants are required to submit a “Health Conditions Form and Recommendations for Runners” declaring for the compliance of the associated health requirement at the time he / she submits his / her registration in the Event. By submitting his / her application to take part in the Event, and subsequently taking part in the Event, a participant
    1. warrants and confirms to the Organiser that he / she is physically fit to participate in and complete his / her race without any medical or other assistance; and
    2. agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser from
      1. any injury or death suffered by the participant himself / herself or any other persons; and
      2. any damage to property as a result of him / her not being physically fit to participate in and complete the race.
  7. Public Liability Insurance is covered by the Organiser. Participants are advised to take up their own personal or other insurance policies separately, if necessary.
