- Keys to healthy running, and proper way to progress the training;
- Advices on running styles, venue and running shoes; and
- Prevention and management of commonly encountered running related injuries

Stage Two – Technical Training

With the guidance of the instructor, participants will learn
- the proper running styles, breathing pattern and running tempo
- the importance of warm up, cool down and stretching, core stability and supplementary exercises in the prevention of running injuries and performance enhancement.
