Qualification for participating in the JUMBO Prize

This promotion is only entitled to the successful participants who take part in the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2011 and must be 16 years old or above.
Participant's full name must be identical with his/her HKID or passport number, otherwise the Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association (the Organizer) reserves the right to cancel his/her prize entitlement.
For the sake of fairness, employee of the Organizer are not eligible for the promotion.

Terms and Conditions:

15 winners will be awarded for this promotion.
The result will be announced on Marathon Website www.hkmarathon.com and published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 7 January 2011.
Winners will be notified individually for details of prizes redemption.
If the personal details given by the participants are illegible or unclear or the winners cannot be reached and confirmed their personal details on or before 21 January 2011 (two weeks after the announcement date), the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize entitlement.
If winner/s is/are determined to cancel the prize entitlement, the Organizer will not have any replacement and further annoucement.
The winners have to redeem the gifts upon presenting the original copy of redemption letter and HKID for identification.
All prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged or redeemed into cash.
The Organizer reserves the right of making final judgment on the participation method, terms and conditions, result and prizes of the JUMBO Prize.
The Organizer reserves the right of making final decisions for any disputes.
All the terms of this promotion should be based on the Chinese version.
