STANDARD CHARTERED HONG KONG MARATHON CLINIC: PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS

[Hong Kong, 19 November 2009]: Dr Simon Yeung, Associate Professor, Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, shares his thoughts on the importance of pre-Marathon training and skills development, which will help runners get the most out of their Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon experience.

The Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association (HKAAA) and the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University organise the Marathon Clinic, providing runners with the personalised training programmes, comprehensive guidance and skillsets to perform their best at the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2010.
