Special award for winner for HKAAA registered runner
The Overall Winner of the HKAAA Women Category will be invited to take part in the Lake Kawaguchi Marathon to be held in November 2012. Winner must be:
a)
Registered athlete with HKAAA in 2012, and
b)
Current resident in Hong Kong for at least 3 consecutive years

Special Time Bonus
Participants of each of below Division (Men and Women) in the Full Marathon who are able to finish the race within the prescribed finishing time may share the Special Time Bonus of USD 25,000.

Awards will be presented according to Official Times (Gun Times) and in accordance with the IAAF rules for Road Races. The decisions of Organizer shall be final.
Special Incentive Awards
Participants who are Permanent Residents of Hong Kong achieving the below times in the Full Marathon race will each be awarded the Special Prize Money of HK$1,000.

Remarks
Participants are required to indicate their status in the "Permanent Resident in Hong Kong" column. If the indication is "No" or the column is left "blank", the participant will not be considered for the above awards.
Winners of the above awards will be notified by the Organizer by middle to end of April 2012. The prize money will be given within 4 to 8 weeks after the Race.
Winners will be required to produce their Hong Kong Identity Cards or Passports with the Right of Abode to verify their status as Permanent Residents of Hong Kong.
Permanent Residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall be persons who are qualified to obtain the Hong Kong Permanent Identity Cards in accordance with the Basic Law Chapter III, Article 24 of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
