| The Overall Winner of the HKAAA Women Category
and winners of Men & Women of the Master Category will be
invited to take part in the Lake Kawaguchi Marathon to be held in November 2009. Winners
must be: |

Registered athletes with HKAAA in 2009, and |
b) |
Current residents in Hong Kong for at least 3 consecutive
years |

| Remarks |
Participants are required to indicate their status in
the "Permanent Resident of Hong Kong" column.
If the indication is "No" or the column is left
"blank", the runner will not be considered for
the above awards.
Winners of the above awards will be notified by the organizer
by mid of March 2009. The prize money will be given within
4 to 8 weeks after the Race.
Winners will be required to produce their Hong Kong Identity
Cards or Passports with the Right of Abode to verify their
status as Permanent Residents of Hong Kong.

*Permanent Residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative
Region shall be persons who are qualified to obtain Hong Kong
Permanent Identity Cards in accordance with the Basic Law Chapter
III, Article 24 of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. |
Awards will be presented
according to official times (gun times) and in accordance with
the IAAF rules for Road Races. The decisions of organizer shall
be final. |
