  1. What is the official cut off time?

    o The 10km has an official cut off time of 2 hours.
    o The Half Marathon has an official cut off time of 3 hours with time limits set in specific locations along the course.
    o The Full Marathon has an official cut off time of 6 hours with separate time limits set in specific locations along the course.

  2. What race regulations will be used in the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon?

    IAAF/AIMS technical rules and regulations will be enforced in Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon.

  3. What will happen if I start in wrong race?

    No results and no certificate will be given if you start at any starting time other than the one assigned to you.

  4. What will happen if I transfer my number cloth and timing chip to other?

    Number cloths and timing chips are non-transferable once the entry is accepted. Upon discovery of such irregularities, participants concerned will be disqualified and HKAAA reserves the right to reject their applications for any future HKAAA events.

  5. Can I run with my pet or form of wheel-run objects of transport?

    No. No pets or any form of wheel-run objects of transport, e.g. wheelchair (except designed wheelchairs for the wheelchair events approved by the organizer), bicycles, skates, push carts, shoes with built-in or attached rollers, etc. are allowed on the course.
