When and where can I pick up my runner's pack?

You can pick up your runner's pack in person or authorize third party by presenting the original acceptance letter and your ID card/passport at the Marathon Expo.

Should I collect my runner's pack according to the specific date and time as indicated on the acceptance letter?

In order to avoid congestion in queuing up for the runner's pack and to ensure a smooth distribution, you are advised to collect your race number cloth, timing chip and runners' packs according to the specified date and time as indicated on the acceptance letter.

Can a friend pick up my runner's pack for me?

Yes, you can authorize someone to pick up your runner's pack by completing the "Authorization for Collection" (attached to the acceptance letter) and presenting the original acceptance letter and copy of your ID Card / Passport to our officials at the Marathon Expo.

Would it be possible that the runner's pack be sent to me by post?

No. Runner's pack will NOT be sent by post. This is to avoid the risk of losing the pack through postage.

Would it be possible to change the size of T-shirt?

No. Size of T-shirt cannot be changed. There is no guarantee that your ordered size will be available, T-shirt sizes given to participants will be subject to availability in stock.

If I lost my acceptance letter, what can I do?

You can bring along your ID card/passport to the enquiry counter at the Marathon Expo. Official staff will give you a verification form so that you can collect your runner's pack.

What should I do after picking up my runner's pack?

You should check the following items:

• Race Number Cloth (Please note your name, gender and category entered are corrected).
• White Timing Chip (except yellow chip owner)
• Baggage Tag & Baggage Bag (should be in same color )
• T-shirt (size of T-shirt cannot be changed)
• Runner's Guide
• Souvenir Programme
• Souvenir Medal

If I cannot collect my runner's pack according to the specific date and time, will it be possible to collect it on Race day?

No. NO race number cloths, timing chips, baggage bags, etc. will be given on Race day.
