Terms and conditions
| 1. |
Only the nominator and nominee who fulfills the five criteria is entitled to the souvenir:
| a.
| Nominator must have been a runner in the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2009, |
| b. |
the nominator must be an online registered runner of Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2010, |
| c. |
the nominee is not a registered athlete in Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2009, |
| d. |
that nominator and nominee must register for the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2010 via online successfully and, |
| e. |
the nominator's Registration Reference No. and email address should be written on the nominee's online entry form. |

If the nominee
registers the event by other ways (such as by mail or
walk-in entry), the entitlements of the nominator will
be forfeited. |
| 3. |
Nominator is
only entitled to one prize disregarding the number of
successful referral cases. |
| 4. |
In case of duplicated
nominee in successful cases, prizes will be allocated
to the first nominator according to the computer record. |
| 5. |
All participants
are required to submit their real names, valid email
addresses, contact numbers, HKID/Passport numbers and
at least one nominee to enter this activity. |

Runner-Get-Runner
is an online promotional activity only. |
| 7. |
Successful nominators
will be notified via email from the organizer (Hong
Kong Amateur Athletic Association) in mid January
2010. Successful nominators please bring along the notification
letter and HKID/Passport to collect the prizes. The
"Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2010 Limited Edition Sonvenir " will be collected at the Secretariat
Counter at the Marathon Expo on Feb 20 and 21, 2010
at Victoria Park. |

Successful nominator
who does not collect the prize during the above-mentioned
period, will have their prizes forfeited. |

Prizes cannot
be redeemed for cash. |
| 10. |
Employees of
the organizer are not eligible to join this activity. |
| 11. |
The provided
personal data will be used by the organizer for promotional
purposes. |
| 12. |
The organizer
reserves the right to interpret and alter the above
rules without prior notice. |
| 13. |
In case of dispute,
the organizer shall make the final decision. |
