Marathon 101 Education Programme for the new semester has been kick started! Jointly organised by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and the Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association, Marathon 101 Education Programme provides fun-filled and educational activities for all primary and secondary schools students in Hong Kong, with 75% of schools participated.
Recommended by the Education Bureau, Marathon 101 Education Programme is aligned with the Life-Wide Learning and “Other Learning Experiences”(OLE) strategy. Stepping into the sixth year, Marathon 101 Education Programme continues to organise an array of large-scale extra-curricular activities for all students in Hong Kong to participate in the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon. What’s new this year includes “Give Me 5” Campaign creating new designs for giant inflatable hand , “Stand by You” Training Programme, “Cook for Fitness” Little Chef Challenge, Little TV Reporters, whilst students of different talents could participate in Cheering Team Competition, Little Reporters (Newspaper), and the Marathon 101 Youth Cup and Education Cup
