The proper way to run

Key Points:

  • Arms movement: The essence of your arms movement is to assist your legs movement. When swinging up, they shall not cross the centre line of your body; when swinging down, your hand should just pass the waist line. 
  • Legs: Keep the motion forwards; avoid up-lifting motion; Upper body and the front foot should align on the same line when the foot strikes the ground.
